Delivery
We strive to keep delivery charges as transparent and as low as possible and use Royal Mail’s weight based costs with a small additional amount to cover our packaging. The weight of our packing boxes contributes to the weight of your order. Currently our small and large boxes are 40g and 100g respectively.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
We dispatch orders Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed before 12pm are generally dispatched same-day. Orders placed from 12pm onwards on Fridays will be processed the following Tuesday.
If you’re not in when a delivery attempt is made, a calling card should be left for you to re-arrange delivery. If you’re likely to be out during the day, it might be more convenient to have your order sent to your workplace.
Please ensure that your delivery address and postcode are correct before paying for your order. We are not able to take responsibility for delayed or undelivered orders where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided. If your order is being delivered to a workplace, please make sure that you’ve included the company name if required along with the name of the intended recipient.
Unfortunately, we are not able to change a delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
FREE UK DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £20
If the value of the items in your basket is over £20 you will be eligible for free UK delivery (hurrah!), which will be automatically selected during checkout. This offer applies to UK delivery addresses only.
SINGLE CARDS & ORIGAMI PIECES
You can order a single card or some thinner origami pieces and still enjoy a cost effective delivery charge anywhere in the world with Royal Mail’s Small Letter service. This option is automatically selected during checkout if purchasing applicable items individually. Refer to the delivery charges table for the specific cost to your country.
OUR SMALL & LARGE PACKING BOXES
We use two sizes of box to dispatch the majority of our items. Both boxes fit within Royal Mail’s Large Letter slot and the choice of box is dependent on the quantity and type of items ordered. A small box with packaging contributes 40g of weight to the shipment and a large box contributes 100g. The postage cost thresholds are set in order to accommodate the box weights. For example, if an order consists of 80g of products which will fit in a small box, postage will be charged for a total package weight of 120g.
BULKY ITEMS
Items greater than 2.5cm in depth will not fit in the Large Letter format and will be sent using the Small Parcel service.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We complete a CN22 customs declaration form for international orders and customs / duty charges may be incurred, which the customer is responsible for paying. Your country’s customs department calculates these charges. Please contact your local customs office for information about any customs charges you may need to pay before placing your order.
Payments are taken in GB Pound Sterling. Your card provider or PayPal will convert the amount into your currency at the local rate.
International postage costs are based on Royal Mail’s World Zones and priced according to weight. Please refer to Royal Mail’s World Zone Information for details on which postal zone a particular country falls within.

UK
For 1st class services, Royal Mail aims to deliver by the next working day including Saturdays. 2nd class parcel delivery is within 3-5 working days (up to 7 working days for delivery to remote areas such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Isle of Man or the Isle of Wight).
EUROPE
Royal Mail aims to deliver European parcels within 3-5 working days for Western Europe and 5-7 working days for Eastern Europe.
